We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All payments are collected using 128-bit SSL technology to keep your confidential information safe.

We can also accept checks but your order will not be shipped until the check has cleared.

SALES TAX

A sales tax of 7% will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of New Jersey, others will not be charged. 

SHIPPING

We ship in stock items within 2 business days after the order is placed. When the item is being printed by Moxie Papers and Gifts we ship 2 business days after the approved proof is received.

These rates apply to orders sent to the continental United States only. Orders going to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO & FPO addresses may be subject to additional fees.

Moxie Papers and Gifts is happy to ship to our international customers. Please contact us to obtain a shipping estimate before you place your order. Please be sure to include a complete shipping address, the product number and the quantity of the item you are interested in purchasing. 

Turnaround Time and Rush Services

We do our best to estimate in the product's description how long each order should take. Turnaround time is based on several things such as the manufacturer of the product, where the order ships from and printing needs. Please email us if you have questions or concerns regarding this issue. Turnaround time will increase slightly during the holiday season starting mid to late October and running through the end of December. Please keep this in mind when placing your order. If you are concerned about getting your order in time, please call or email before ordering and we can let you know how much time your order should take. Rush Services are available but may require an additional fee.

Birth Announcements

Babies tend to wait to let us know their birth details until the big day. This drives nesting mommies crazy! We have the solution. Simply choose your announcement (or two, one for each gender if you're unsure) and when you're prompted to enter "text", just type in "don't know yet – will contact you when baby arrives!" Then, when your little bundle arrives, just send us an email with all the details and we'll start printing right away!

Envelopes

We understand that you might want to get a head start addressing your envelopes. We are happy to pre-ship your envelopes for a $10 charge. Just make a note when you are placing your order!

RETURN POLICY

Moxie Paper and Gifts realizes that mistakes occur. We will do our best to edit your information, but it is pertinent that you review your proof. If a mistake is made on the part of Moxie Papers and Gifts, we will correct it at no additional charge and expedite the shipping so you will receive your corrected order as soon as possible. However, if the mistake is made on the part of the customer we would be happy to place your order again at a 30% discount.
